Monitoring and operating the heating system (with your brief training), checking and replacing light bulbs, checking emergency and escape routes, cleaning work, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with tradespeople.

Garden care
A well-maintained garden or front yard helps ensure that your property looks great from the outside, too. We mow your lawn as needed, trim hedges and shrubs, clean and tend flowerbeds, and remove leaves. Garden waste disposal is charged upon request. Trimming hedges and shrubs, mowing the lawn, garden waste disposal, cleaning sidewalks and driveways, and exterior cleaning of residential complexes (sweeping, leaves, annual window cleaning, debris, etc.)
Repairs and painting work

Winter service
